My name is Jason, I'm a 36 year old father of 5 trying to build a good life for them. After my old job tanked hundreds of people I've gone back to school for Emergency Management while I try to find new employment in a place where competition is insane. Part of why I'm writing this blog is that hopefully it will be somewhat therapeutic but also help me as I try and move on to a life in disaster recovery and do a little good on the side.
